The head of the EC, Ursula von der Leyen, noted that the EU would also ban the broadcasting of four more TV channels.
In addition, the EC proposes to introduce new export restrictions, including on dual-use goods (these include, for example, electronics and IT components), as well as engines for drones and drones. Export restrictions will affect shipments to Russia and to any third countries that may then transfer them to the Russian Federation.
