Atlant stadium to be renovated in Bryukhovetsky district

In the village of Bryukhovetskaya, repairs to the stadium of the Atlant sports complex will begin. This was announced by the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratiev.
The central stadium in the district was last overhauled in 2013. It employs about 650 people. The main areas are athletics, cycling, triathlon, volleyball and football. In addition, the sports complex conducts adaptive physical education for people with disabilities.
The Governor noted that with the active construction of new sports facilities in the region, one should not forget about the existing ones.
The renovation will start in April this year. It involves the replacement of running tracks, asphalting, renovation of stands, as well as the construction of a basketball court. The Governor noted that it is necessary to complete the work by mid-2024
Many famous athletes of the region came out of the Bryukhovetsky district, including the Olympic champion in trampolining Alexander Moskalenko, multiple world champions in rowing and canoeing Viktor Melantyev and Pavel Petrov.
Previously Governor instructed to complete the construction of the Sambo Palace in Krasnodar by the end of 2023.
