Athletes from Tula will take part in the Future Games

Tula athletes will take part in the first international multi-sport competitions “Games of the Future”, which are taking place in the capital of Tatarstan.
“In these major innovative international competitions, the region will be represented by Marathon-Tula cyclists: Gulnaz Khatuntseva, Sergey Rostovtsev, Diana Klimova, Maria Averina, Maria Rostovtseva and Inna Abaidullina,” informs the Tula Ministry of Sports.
As noted, Tula cyclists will compete on February 22 in the “Virtual Cycling Race” discipline.
The opening ceremony of the “Future Games 2024” took place on Wednesday evening, the competition will end on March 3.
The participants and guests of the competition were congratulated by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Earlier, the head of state responded positively to the initiative of the head of Kazakhstan to hold the second games in his country.
“Super,” the Russian leader responded to Tokayev’s proposal.
“MK in Tula” wrote: it became known earlier that the first FNL home match after the winter break “Arsenal” will hold on the reserve field. Tula will play with Novorossiysk Chernomorets at the Sapsan Arena in Moscow.
