The two-day international table tennis tournament “Friendship Cup” brought together almost 150 participants from Mongolia, the Trans-Baikal Territory and Buryatia in the village of Aginskoye. This was reported in the telegram channel of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the administration of Chita.
The winner in the women’s team event was “Zabaikalochka” from the village of Orlovsk, Aginsky district, consisting of Natalia Chicheneva, Anastasia Belomestnykh and Irina Kapustina. The second place went to the Chita team, which included Victoria Belomestnykh, Marina Andreeva and Maria Makkoveeva.
“Silver” in the individual competition among girls under 18 years old was taken by Marina Andreeva, and in the older age group – by Anastasia Belomestnykh.
Four more medals were put into their piggy bank by representatives of the Chita sports school No. 4.
Recallthe Trans-Baikal swimming team is fighting for victory in the first stage of the Russian Cup in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
