Young athletes from the DPR took part in the Russian Greco-Roman wrestling championship among boys under 16 years old, which took place from February 18 to 22 in Suzdal. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the Republic.
More than 650 athletes from 62 regions of the country took part in the competition. The DPR was represented by three participants.
The department noted the spectacular wrestling of a student of the Donetsk School of Olympic Reserves. S. Bubki Ivan Danilitsky, who confidently won four bouts and won a silver medal.
