Athletes from the DPR entered the Russian jiu-jitsu team

The best representatives of the Republic will represent the country at world competitions.
Deputy Prime Minister of the DPR Larisa Tolstykina in her telegram channel reported on the Donetsk residents who were honored to represent the Republic and all of Russia at world jiu-jitsu competitions.
From January 19 to 21, the Russian Jiu-Jitsu Championship for juniors and juniors under 21 and for girls and boys under 16 was held in the city of Konakovo, Tver Region. The large-scale event brought together more than a thousand athletes from 37 Russian regions at the Olympus sports complex. The DPR was represented by a team and 13 people.
Based on the results of all the intense battles, the best of the best were selected to take 1st and 2nd places in the tournament. These athletes will represent Russia at the world championship in Germany and at the European Championship in Romania.
Three guys from the DPR also joined the new Russian national team. Vladislav Moskaluk, Elnur Ragimov and Igor Volosenkov won gold and silver.
