Young athletes and their coaches went to the Regional Center for Identifying, Supporting and Developing Abilities and Talents in Children and Youth
For the children, they had a sightseeing tour and master classes at the educational sites of the center. The guests of the district were invited to the co-working zone, where they showed a video about how the guys in August of this year were trained with athletes from the NAO in a summer sports and recreation camp based on the Wolfram boarding house, one of the best sports bases in Kabardino-Balkaria.
“This is the newest educational platform that has been created in our region. Thanks to this center, we find and reveal talented guys. They are created within the framework of the national project “Education” throughout Russia. And now you are getting acquainted with what you will have in the near future, – said the head of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports of the NAO Anton Pustovalov.
Further, the young boxers were given a sightseeing tour of the Mayak center, the portal of state bodies of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug reports. After that, the guys were divided into three groups and went to educational sites, where they held master classes in the areas of Biology, Aerotechnology, Computer Science and Mathematics.
“We and the kids really enjoyed it. This is our first time in such a center. We hope that someday we will have such platforms for the development of the younger generation. Most of all I remember how the guys tried to assemble the robot. Maybe some of them will like one of the directions, and they will want to connect their lives with it, for example, with robotics or something else,” Vladislav Divitenko, boxing coach of the Luhansk Higher School of Physical Education, shared his impressions.
The athletes were shown all the possibilities of the center, modern technologies and equipment, with the help of which students can conduct research, experiments, and also prepare their own projects.
