Athletes from Serpukhov won medals at the pankration tournament

The interregional pankration tournament “Kulikovo Pole Cup” was held at the Yubileiny Sports House in the Tula region. This event brought together more than 120 of the strongest athletes from the Ivanovo, Lipetsk, Tambov, Moscow and Tula regions. As part of this tournament, athletes competed in two disciplines – traditional and classical pankration.

Among the participants were young wrestlers from the Serpukhov urban district, representing the pankration section of the Nadezhda Sports Palace.

The young athletes impressed the spectators and judges with their high level of training. They managed to win gold, silver and bronze medals, which became their well-deserved reward for their skill and diligence.

First place went to Maxim Vykin, Sergey Glazunov and Matvey Agich, second place went to Svyatoslav Kulikov, and third place went to Makar Melnikov, Arseny Alimardonov, Artem Gyzymchuk.

Participation in competitions gives athletes the opportunity to develop their skills and improve their physical fitness. Such events inspire and motivate young people to engage in sports and develop in this area.
