Athletes from Karelia reached silver at the All-Russian competitions in Sochi

As reported by the administration of Petrozavodsk, the team of track and field athletes born in 2008-2009 at Lyceum No. 1 took second place at the All-Russian competition in Sochi.
At the four-athlon competition “Shipovka of the Young,” Karelia was represented by Nikita Anisimov, Philip Landgraf, Alexey Voronin, Evgeny Tiranov and Arseny Maximov. They managed to score 1136 points.
The athletes were trained by Mikhail Raupov, Natalia Kozlova and Alexander Kishkin.
In addition, third place in the competition was taken by students of the Olympic reserve sports school born in 2010-2011. The team consists of: Valeria Barysheva, Valeria Borovinina, Elizaveta Danilenko, Valeria Ershova and Polina Tericheva.
