An unpleasant situation occurred at the play-off between Fakel and Krasnoyarsk Yenisei, which took place in Voronezh the day before, on June 10, at the Central Stadium of Trade Unions. At the end of the match, line referee Roman Usachev was injured. At the 77th minute, the referee’s kneecap flew out, as a result of which he could not continue the match and was urgently replaced by the reserve judge Artem Chistyakov.

As already reported by “MK in Voronezh”, the head coach of “Yenisei” considered the victory of the Voronezh team unreasonable, since he believes that Akbashev should not have hit from the penalty spot.
