“RG”: Russia began to use a “womb” of drones called “Bee” in the North Military District
A new type of Russian drone called “Pchelka” was spotted in the Northern Military District zone, reports Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
The publication says that this is supposedly a hybrid of an aircraft and a quadcopter, which is a platform for FPV drones. According to available data, the device is equipped with an internal combustion engine, while other characteristics are kept secret.
“We are talking about the so-called ‘womb’ of drones,” writes RG, “which is capable of transporting them over certain distances.”
It is believed that this “uterus” can launch UAVs from the air and then act as a relay for them. This allows them to hit the rear of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the newspaper notes.
It is known that Ukrainian military personnel use their analogue – the Baba Yaga copter, equipping it with kamikaze drones instead of shells.
