Astrophysicists recall comet Nishimura flying towards Earth

Comet Nishimura, discovered in August 2023, will be at a distance of 34 million kilometers from Earth in mid-September. IN Moscow Planetarium suggested that it could be visible to the naked eye, although they specified that in the case of comets, this can rarely be said for sure.
The comet will be closest to the Earth on September 13, and on September 18 it will pass 33 million kilometers from the Sun.
