On the eve of the resumption of the national football championship among First League teams, the management of Volgar decided to extend contracts with students of Astrakhan football.

21-year-old flanker Elisey Krivokhizhin is regularly involved in the team’s training and camps, but has not yet made his debut for the main team. The new contract with the football player is valid for another 3 years.

28-year-old central midfielder Alexey Pavlishin played his first match for Volgar back in 2015. In total, he played 157 games for the Astrakhan team, in which he scored 4 goals and made 8 assists. This season, Pavlyshyn has not yet taken the field due to injury, but after completing the training camp he is ready to play. His contract has been extended for another year.

On March 3, Volgar will host SKA-Khabarovsk in Astrakhan.
