The head of the federal anti-corruption project, Vitaly Borodin, proposed introducing fines in the amount of 5 million rubles against musicians who perform to a soundtrack. He addressed the State Duma with such an initiative, the Telegram channel reported Mash.
Borodin wrote in his address that it is necessary to establish standards under which the audience will know in advance how the artist performs at the concert. For example, print a notice on tickets or posters stating that the musician cannot sing live. If the organizers do not comply with this requirement, a fine of 5 million rubles will be levied. Repeated violation will result in a ban on the provision of services.
The head of the FPBC also proposed punishing artists. If the singer initially stated that he would perform live, then this requirement must be fulfilled.
