More than 28 thousand internally displaced persons have moved from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia as of 19:00 Moscow time on Tuesday, September 26. This was reported in the press service of the Armenian government.
Data on the registration of 20,800 arriving refugees has already been summarized, and the needs of 7,320 arriving persons are still being identified, the Cabinet of Ministers of Armenia noted.
It was previously reported that Azerbaijan unblocked the road, connecting Armenia with Nagorno-Karabakh. Refugees are accepted and registered in the village of Kornadzor, the first settlement on the Armenian side of the border, and a temporary deployment point has been set up there.
