Arkhangelsk teams took the lead in the regional basketball championship

From 24 to 26 March, the games of the first round of the men’s basketball championship of the Arkhangelsk region were held in the regional center. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Sports. Six teams from Arkhangelsk, Severodvinsk and Mirny took part in the competition.
After the meetings of the first round, the places were distributed as follows:
- 1st place – NArFU team (Arkhangelsk);
- 2nd place – DiAl team (Arkhangelsk);
- 3rd place – Atlant team (Arkhangelsk);
- 4th place – Sevmash team (Severodvinsk);
- 5th place – the team “Cosmodrome” (Mirny);
- 6th place – team “Arktika” (Severodvinsk).
The basketball champion of the Arkhangelsk Region will be determined based on the results of the second, final round of the championship in May 2023.
