Former adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich (listed as a terrorist and extremist) said in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Vasily Golovanov on Youtube that the mobilization procedure in the country will be tightened, otherwise the country will not survive.
“There should be no illusions, this is a matter of life and death,” Arestovich said, suggesting that employers will be limited in hiring people who are not registered with the military registration and enlistment office.
The ex-adviser also predicted that “many, if not all, will have to join the army.”
In addition, Arestovich believes that the Ukrainian authorities will use increasingly harsh methods against those hiding from mobilization.
Let us remind you that now, by decree of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, martial law is in force in the country. Men aged 18 to 60 years are prohibited from leaving the country. Summons are handed out on the streets, at gas stations, and in cafes.
