According to the Ukrainian agency Strana.ua, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, in an interview with reporters, assessed the chances of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to advance in the area of the city of Kremennaya in the Severodonetsk district of the Luhansk region.
According to him, Ukrainian fighters are 5 km away from the city, but it is hardly worth expecting an early advance.
“The land is so wet there that it’s difficult to attack. Plus, the enemy’s good defense – they turned Kremennaya into a fortified area. So it won’t be there quickly,” Arestovich said.
