Antonov: West is doing everything to make war with Russia break out in Europe

Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov told reporters that the West is making every effort to break out a war with Russia in the European space. At the same time, he noted that the United States is striving for the conflict to take place at a great distance from their territory.
Antonov specified that he would try to get an answer in his meetings with officials in Washington to a simple question: “What do you want from us?”
The Russian ambassador stressed that the West is supplying a huge amount of weapons to Ukraine, and this raises questions about the real intentions of the Americans, given that they officially declare that they do not want to harm Russia. He asked the question: “What do you really want? Just to deplete Russia?”
The ambassador also recalled that several years ago there was talk about the supply of small arms and light weapons from the United States to Kyiv, and now we are talking about the supply of aircraft. He noted that tanks with Nazi symbols have reappeared on the territory of the former Soviet Union. In his opinion, everything indicates that the West wants the war to break out on the European continent, but the Americans do not want it to be close to the United States.
