On Saturday evening, a demonstration against Israel took place in Berlin, which resulted in riots, writes Bild.
The demonstration was organized by the pro-Palestinian organization Samidun and took place in the Neukölln area of the German capital. Initially, its participants behaved quite peacefully, distributing sweet pastries, “celebrating” the attack of Palestinian groups on Israel.
The police had to use force after demonstrators began shouting anti-Semitic and anti-Zionist slogans. The activists did not remain in debt and pelted the law enforcement officers with bottles and stones, slightly injuring two police officers.
6 criminal and 36 administrative cases were initiated, 40 people were detained.
