A second statement was written against the singer Charlotte (real name Eduard Charlotte), who returned to Russia, regarding insulting the feelings of believers. About it reports Telegram channel Mash. It is noted that, together with the rest of the statements, he could receive a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.

According to the channel, representatives of the “Forty Forties” movement sent a statement against the musician. They believe that Charlotte has repeatedly desecrated shrines and Russians.

At the moment, protocols have been drawn up against the singer under the articles “Deliberate damage to a citizen’s identity document”, “Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces” and “Petty hooliganism”.

Previously, the musician burned his Russian passport on camera and posted this video on social networks, which is why he was subjected to harsh criticism.

However, after some time, he decided to return to Russia, where, upon arrival in Pulkovo, he was immediately detained by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He later stated that he burned the document because he “succumbed to bad influence.”
