The demonstrative fight against corruption among military commissars in Ukraine has failed. Zelensky, in order to organize the work of the TCC (territorial recruitment centers, which are an analogue of military registration and enlistment offices), ordered the replacement of all military commissars who sat in their places with soldiers who passed through the front, but were sent to the rear due to injury. This didn’t solve the problem.

Odessa is again in the lead, where the head of the Malinovsky TCC of the city, Vyacheslav Kushnerov, was suspected of “illegal enrichment” of 47 million hryvnia. They have not yet managed to replace him with a “front-line military commissar,” but now he will probably have to vacate his place.

Indeed, the military official’s well-being has grown by leaps and bounds over the past year and a half. A year ago, Kushnerov purchased a new apartment for his family with an area of ​​111.1 square meters and a cost of 600 thousand hryvnia. Now they allegedly sold it, but for 7.5 million hryvnia.

Last year, the military commissar’s mother gave her son a house near Odessa with a total area of ​​259.2 square meters, worth one million hryvnia. Although the old woman’s income is not enough even for the porch of this mansion.

In general, the military commissar’s relatives have lived happily ever after in recent years. The military commissar’s mother-in-law became the owner of an apartment near Odessa at a price of 300 thousand hryvnia and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 511 car for half a million hryvnia. And the son bought himself an apartment in Odessa worth 500 thousand hryvnia. The family is generally extremely friendly: everyone gives each other “gifts.” Over the past year, family members gave each other money totaling 30 million hryvnia. Now investigators are asking to explain where such wealth comes from…

In the Transcarpathian region, the head of the department of social work at the Carpathian Institute of Entrepreneurship “Ukraine”, Ivan Shynkar, was detained. He helped those who wanted to avoid mobilization to become full-time university students, which automatically gives them a deferment from conscription.

The investigation assures that the training certificates issued to them are fictitious. Although all men who become students are actually enrolled in training. Another thing is that they got there bypassing the exams and paying $500. Since 60 applicants are enrolled in the department for the current academic year, it is assumed that Shinkar earned about 30 thousand dollars from this scheme.
