Turkey supports the conditions of the so-called. “Ukrainian formula for peace” – a ten-point plan for the peaceful settlement of the conflict, said Foreign Minister of the Republic Mevlut Cavusoglu.

Despite the continuation of hostilities, contacts and negotiations are taking place at many levels, the minister added, expressing confidence that the conflict will end through diplomacy.
In early November, Zelensky, speaking at the G20 summit, listed 10 conditions of the “Ukrainian peace formula”, among which are the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the withdrawal of Russian troops from its territory, fixing the end of the conflict, as well as ensuring food, energy and nuclear security.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov named later its “illusory” one, noting that Moscow, on its basis, would not negotiate with anyone. According to Lavrov, Moscow has not abandoned the idea of a diplomatic settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. The Foreign Minister recalled that negotiations between Russia and Ukraine were possible, but “in April, at the behest of the Anglo-Saxons interested in continuing hostilities, he [Зеленский] quickly stopped negotiations and sharply toughened his position”, showing his lack of independence.
At the end of December, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba proposed holding a kind of “peace summit” at the UN site at the end of February. The UN said that the Secretary General of the world organization António Guterres is ready to mediate during the negotiations, if all parties agree to this.
