COOKING METHOD:

Beat the eggs with sugar, add salt and vanilla to taste, and then, continuing to beat, pour in the milk and gradually add the flour. While whisking continuously, pour in the melted butter, followed by boiling water in a thin stream. Stir until smooth. Leave the dough for half an hour. Pour the dough into a heated frying pan in a thin layer, wait 1-2 minutes and only then turn it over. This is necessary so that moisture leaves the surface of the pancake.

Ingredients:

● premium flour – 300 g

● milk – 150 g

● chicken egg – 1 pc.

● vegetable oil – 50 g

● spinach – 150 g

● cream cheese – 100 g

● red or black caviar – 20 g

Mix flour, milk and egg, then add vegetable oil to the dough. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan and at the same time you can start preparing the filling. Blanch the spinach in boiling water with salt for 1 minute, then cool and mix with the cheese. Wrap the resulting filling in a pancake, and cut the pancake itself into three parts, you get something in the form of rolls. Place pancakes on a serving plate, garnish with corn salad and red caviar. Recommended to serve with sour cream.
