Angara rocket with satellite launched from Plesetsk cosmodrome

Russia launched the Angara-1.2 light rocket from the Plesetsk cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk region. The device should put into orbit the satellite of the Ministry of Defense. The launch was made at 22.55 Moscow time.
All pre-launch operations and the launch of the rocket took place in the normal mode. This is reported by the Ministry. Three minutes after the launch, the rocket was already taken under control and escort by ground means of the Main Test Space Center of the Space Forces of the Aerospace Forces.
The device, which will be lifted into orbit today, was named Kosmos-2560. All other information on the satellite is not disclosed.
Angara is the first unique rocket built in Russia after the collapse of the USSR. It is not a refinement or processing of Soviet counterparts. It was first tested in 2014. It took 9 years from development to launch.
