Andriy Turchak announced that the fifth report of the working group on NWO issues has been sent to the President

The document contains proposals for the recalculation of housing and communal services for those who are at the front, the production of drones and the expansion of categories of citizens receiving the status of a combat veteran

Andrey Turchak, head of the working group on NWO issues, announced that the fifth report had been sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin. It contains new proposals regarding assistance to fighters and citizens of the Russian Federation equated to them who are at the front, as well as members of their families. In addition, the document contains a number of initiatives to simplify public procurement of drones and their production.

As the head of the working group, Secretary of the General Council of United Russia Andrey Turchak, said in his report, based on the analysis of existing problems, the working group proposes to take into account the combat experience and qualifications gained in volunteer formations when switching volunteers to a contract. Provide a lump sum payment of 195 thousand rubles not only to mobilized and military personnel who signed a contract for a year or more, but also to those who entered into short-term contracts and then extended them.

It is also proposed to revise the procedures for calculating, paying and recalculating housing and communal services fees for participants in the SVO, as well as expanding the list of categories that can receive the status of a combat veteran.

“To provide it to the employees of the regional divisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in new regions involved in the demining of territories and the evacuation of people from the shelling zones; builders who restore infrastructure, are engaged in fortification near the NWO zone and in adjacent territories; missilemen and sailors participating in combat missions outside the special operation zone, ”Turchak listed candidates for the status.

In addition, it is proposed to increase the production of technical means of rehabilitation, to expand the list of beneficiaries of the insured participant of the CBO in case of his death. The report presents initiatives that will help solve the issues of entering into an inheritance if the notice of death comes too late.

“Special attention in the report was paid to the production of UAVs. We proposed a set of solutions that should accelerate the development of this sector, including benefits and subsidies similar to those already provided in the field of IT and electronics, special conditions for public procurement and a number of other measures,” Andriy Turchak concluded.

It should be reminded that earlier the President signed a number of laws of the working group on NWO issues. In turn, the Federation Council approved initiatives to extend to the children of volunteers and children of dead participants in the special operation benefits for extraordinary enrollment in kindergartens, schools and health camps, to include military service in the list of individual achievements of applicants and to expand benefits for veterans of the SVO when entering universities. The State Duma adopted a law initiated by a working group on the right to fully write off loans of a participant in a special operation who died or received a severe disability from his co-borrower parents and adult children. This is only a small part of the proposals of the group, which are currently in preparation for implementation or legislative consolidation.

“The Fifth Report of the Working Group on NMD to the President is evidence of the constant and systematic work of United Russia to strengthen social support for military personnel and their families, as well as to improve the procurement system for military needs and army supply,” commented Dmitry Orlov, Director General of APEC.

It should be reminded that the working group on NWO issues was created by order of the President. It was headed by the First Vice Speaker of the Federation Council, Secretary of the United Russia General Council Andrey Turchak. The group included representatives of both chambers of the federal parliament and all parliamentary parties, the Ministry of Defense, leaders of public organizations, and leading war correspondents.
