The Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory completely rejected the claim of Invisible Promo LLC, the official organizer of concert tours of the rock band Anacondaz, for the recovery of 255 thousand rubles from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. for disrupting a concert in Perm on July 23. The concert of the rock band Anacondaz, which took place in Perm, whose members had previously spoken out against the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, was interrupted by police officers after the fourth song. In “Invisible Promo” they assured that, since the concert was not completed, the organizer refused to pay remuneration to the team. The group decided to recover the resulting losses from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and at the end of August, Invisible Promo filed to the Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory corresponding claim. The Ministry of Internal Affairs called their actions a forced evacuation of spectators and the artists themselves, the need for which arose due to violations of fire safety rules in the premises.
