Swimmer from Udmurtia Victoria Blinova earned a gold medal in the Second Games of the CIS countries – this is reported at the Center for Sports Training of the Republic.
From August 4 to 14, competitions are being held in the Republic of Belarus, to which athletes from Iran, Egypt, Malaysia, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and Cuba arrived. Among the disciplines in which the teams compete are 3×3 basketball, volleyball and its beach variety, mini-football, handball, judo, karate, boxing, athletics, etc.
On August 10, competitions among swimmers were held at the Palace of Aquatic Sports in Brest. Victoria Blinova, a native of Udmurtia, overcame the breaststroke 200 meters distance in the best time. Note that the girl is a pupil of the Izhevsk secondary school in swimming.
