An athlete from the Moscow region became the winner of the world championship in freestyle wrestling. The Ministry of Physical Education and Sports of the region informs about this.
The gold medal winner’s name is Inalbek Sheriev. He is the vice-champion of Russia, a prize-winner of the World and European Championships. And now the highest award of this year’s world championship is in the bag. In the final, Inalbek fought with an opponent from Japan. The fight ended with a score of 9:1.
Let us remind you that the championship is taking place these days in Albania. Inalbek Sheriev competed in the up to 70 kg category. He is a prominent representative of the Olympic reserve sports school in martial arts of the Solnechnogorsk urban district.
