An athlete from Ingushetia took silver at the Russian Taekwondo Championship

Askhab Bokov from Ingushetia took second place at the Russian Taekwondo Championship among boys 12-14 years old. The athlete represents the Chingiz club, the press service of the republican government reports.

More than 800 of the strongest athletes from 59 regions of Russia took part in the competition.
On the way to the final, the Ingush fought five fights, defeating opponents from the Chelyabinsk, Saratov, Rostov and Samara regions. In the final match, Bokov lost to an opponent from the Samara region. Thus, taking second place in the Russian Championship.

The athlete was trained by coaches Sultan Polonkoev and Musa Estamirov.
