Law enforcement agencies detained Tarkhan Eldukaev, a close friend and associate of the famous businessman Telman Ismailov, accused of organizing a number of contract killings and organizing the kidnapping of the popular singer Abraham Russo. According to investigators, Eldukaev was also involved in the abduction of the artist. However, he has now been detained on charges of double murder.
As previously reported, in May 2016, two businessmen, Vladimir Savkin and Yuri Brylev, were shot on Novorizhskoye Highway. The reason for their murder was the redistribution of spheres of influence; Telman Ismailov himself was accused of organizing the crime, and his brothers Rafik and Vagif, as well as several other criminals, were accused of carrying out the crime. Almost all were detained and sentenced to long prison terms. Telman Ismailov is wanted.
On October 25, law enforcement officers detained another alleged participant in the crime, Tarkhan Eldukaev. He is also believed to have participated in the kidnapping of Abraham Russo in January 2004. Eldukaev has already been charged. As MK learned, on Thursday the Basmanny Court granted the petition for his arrest.
