An alarming diagnosis has been made to Russia: it will not be possible to create a mobilization economy

And it’s not about the people

There is no point in creating a mobilization economy in Russia today, the country has reserves and leverage to solve all the tasks set, the state news agency reported the words of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Andrei Belousov. Okay, right? No need to stress. This is how a positive agenda is formed, because no one reads beyond the headline. But in vain.

After all, Belousov further explains that “there is no point in creating a mobilization economy,” because “we simply won’t be able to do it.” It will not work, according to Belousov, precisely because “the mobilization economy is part of the mobilization society.” And a mobilization society is “always a militarized history, it is a rejection of personal interests in relation to state interests, a rigid prevalence of state interests.” A very sober and tough assessment of the situation.

So why “doesn’t work”? The people are not the same? Most of society is quite ready to put the interests of the country above personal interests. Even if the beginning of the NWO came as a surprise, and the reasons for it were initially explained very, very generally. This was shown, for example, by the mobilization carried out by the state with terrible jambs, excesses and through a stump-deck. But effective precisely because of the consciousness of the citizens of Russia.

Now, here and now, everything seems to be crystal clear – either we, or us.

Putin says the world is in for a difficult and turbulent decade. That is, nothing will end with the end of the Ukrainian conflict. Former British Chief of Staff Richard Dannat, in a recent article “Putin may have failed, but the West is not ready for what comes next,” believes that the West should prepare for a long and costly containment of Russia after the Ukrainian campaign. German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock says: “We must clearly realize that there can be no normal relations with this Russia. Let’s not have any illusions – we live in a different reality. That is why the task should be to strengthen our common security against Russia on an ongoing basis.”

It seems to be clear. Most who are not ready to give up understand this.

But our “economic bloc” rejoices that Europe has begun to buy more Russian LNG, cannot refuse our oil, the ammonia pipeline is working … The same Europe that supplies Ukraine with weapons that are used to kill our soldiers. Those most conscious mobilized. Well, imagine, the USSR would be happy that the allies of Nazi Germany in 1942 were buying Soviet oil. Represented?

Where is the “rigid prevalence of state interests” here? So the truth will not work to create a mobilization economy.

Belousov, by the way, a supporter of planned elements in the economy, of course, says that the country has “levers and reserves.” It can be assumed that the “levers” were slightly rusty and they began to use them only when it became clear that reports to the top and reality are two different things. Of course, I would like to write that there will be enough leverage or not – time will tell. But does the country have time to continue to be “relaxed”?
