American professor included Russia among the founders of the new world order

According to the American professor of international relations Andrew Latham, Russia is one of the four great powers on which the new world order is based.
In an article for The Hill, Latham noted that the rules of international relations that developed after the end of World War II were beneficial only to Washington. However, this situation is now changing dramatically.
“The institutions that run the world economy have begun to stagger under the weight of recurring financial crises, and even stable regional organizations such as NATO and the European Union are experiencing unprecedented centrifugal forces capable of tearing them apart,” the professor wrote.
The emerging new world order will reflect the values and interests of countries such as China and India, and possibly even Russia, he noted, emphasizing that it will take a very long time to build a balance between centers of equal forces.
