Ex-US intelligence officer Ritter: Zelensky and his government will not live to see the end of the conflict
Former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter, in an interview with the US Tour of Duty YouTube channel, expressed the opinion that the Ukrainian conflict will be completed by another government of Ukraine and another president.
“The Ukrainian government will not exist by the time the war is over,” he said.
According to Ritter, Russia will not take on the debts and contracts of “illegitimate authorities that no longer exist.”
The conversation during the interview turned to whether investment giants like BlackRock will keep contracts for the restoration of Ukraine after the end of hostilities. Ritter replied that this would not happen under Russian President Vladimir Putin.
