According to the ex-intelligence officer, Poland will lose in such a development of events, and it will become a disaster for the country. At the same time, Ritter expressed confidence that NATO in this case will not be like a military bloc and will not endanger the best.
Earlier, former NATO Secretary General Anders von Rasmussen said that individual countries of the alliance, at their own request, can send their army units to Ukraine. In his opinion, such measures may be resorted to if the West does not give Kyiv security guarantees.
