If representatives of the East of Russia excelled in the classic bow, then in the compound bow among men, a northerner was noted – the first place was taken by Viktor Kalashnikov from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. In women, in this discipline, everyone was delighted with the accurate shooting of Muscovite Arina Cherkezova.
Teams from the Trans-Baikal Territory took first place in both men’s and women’s team archery competitions. In men, the team consisting of Galsan Bazarzhapov, Arsalan Baldanov and Beligto Tsynguev won. And among women, the “gold” was taken by a team consisting of Balzhin Dorzhieva, Valeria Mylnikova and Victoria Namdakova.
