17% of the Russians surveyed plan to change jobs within the next 12 months, according to the data of the Talantist study conducted by the Russia – Land of Opportunity platform together with the ANCOR staffing group. At the same time, 54% of respondents do not plan to change jobs, 28% of respondents found it difficult to answer.
Salary, financial stability, job security, a pleasant working environment and the opportunity to get interesting work tasks were key factors influencing the change of employer, the study notes.
The study was conducted by the method of online survey from 7 to 27 February. It was attended by over 20 thousand respondents aged 18 to 65 years, most (80%) of them are employed in the commercial sector of the economy.
According to Rosstat, the official unemployment rate in Russia in February amounted to 3.5%, once again updating a historical low. If in January the total number of unemployed was 2.734 million people, then in February it was already 2.635 million people. At the same time, as Rosstat notes with reference to Rostrud data, by the end of February, 0.7 million unemployed citizens were registered with the employment service, of which 0.6 million people had the status of unemployed, including 0.4 million people received unemployment benefits.
