All-Russian competitions in rhythmic gymnastics will be held on Sakhalin for the first time

The Sakhalin Region will host the all-Russian competition in rhythmic gymnastics Voskhod for the first time. The competition will be held from April 24 to 26 at the Vostok training center, the press service of the Ministry of Sports of the Sakhalin Region reported.
More than 400 athletes from different parts of Russia will compete for awards. To date, applications have already been submitted by representatives of Moscow, Vladivostok, Tomsk, Khabarovsk, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Elista, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Nakhodka and Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
During three days, athletes will demonstrate their skills in individual and group exercises.
The competitions will be held under the guidance of the Master of Sports, Honored Coach of the Russian Federation, six-time world champion, multiple European champion Amina Zaripova, world champion in men’s rhythmic gymnastics, master of sports in artistic gymnastics, member of the executive committee of the All-Russian Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics Alexander Buklov, coach of the Russian national team, master of sports Russia, judge of the international category Evgenia Finkelstein.
The opening of the competition will take place on April 24 at 12:00. April 25 and 26 beginning at 8:30.
