All of Russia at the Wawelberg Hotel Dinner

Chef Egor Nikonov headed the kitchen of all Wawelberg Hotel St. Petersburg, which includes the Minerals restaurant of contemporary Russian cuisine and the dessert bar of the same name, as well as The Speakeasy bar, a two-level space overlooking all the rooftops of the city. Acquaintance with the brand chef and a new reading of the concept of the Minerals restaurant will begin during the set dinner on January 27 “In Search of Russia’s Natural Resources”. Together with Yegor Nikonov, the guests will go on a gastronomic journey that will begin on the western borders of Russia, in Kaliningrad, and end in the Far East – Kamchatka.
