Aliyev promised guarantees to the Armenians of Karabakh and urged them to become part of the Azerbaijani society

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that he guarantees the security of the Armenians living in Karabakh. He also called on Armenians to become full members of Azerbaijani society, noting that they will have the right to education, culture, religion and all municipal services.
According to Aliyev, the life of Armenians in Karabakh will be ensured by their full participation in society, and they will be freed from hostage dependence on the manipulations of their leaders.
In an interview with Euronews, the Azerbaijani leader explained that victory in the war was the mission of his life, his political life, and it ended successfully. Aliyev stressed that the rights and security of Armenians in Karabakh will be ensured in accordance with the Azerbaijani constitution.
Earlier, he commented on relations with Russia. According to the President of Azerbaijan, these relations are based on mutual recognition of national interests, territorial integrity and sovereignty.
