Alisher Usmanov filed a lawsuit against two German prosecutors
How reports Bild agency, press secretary of the German prosecutor’s office Dominik Mies spoke about the statement filed by Russian businessman, billionaire Alisher Usmanov against two prosecutors in Frankfurt am Main.
The Russian businessman’s lawsuit alleges “violation of the law and criminal prosecution of the innocent” by prosecutors.
As Mies clarified, the lawsuit was filed by Usmanov against one senior prosecutor and one prosecutor of the German Prosecutor General’s Office.
