The Ivanovo Tekstilshchik football players continue to actively prepare for the start of the spring part of the 2023-2024 season. The team from Ivanovo began the training process on January 12, settling at one of the sports bases in Novorossiysk. From the first days of the training camp, Tekstilshchik switched to active preparation and began holding friendly matches. First, the red-blacks lost to Sokol, which plays in the First League, with a score of 1:0, and then they were able to beat Vista from Gelendzhik without any problems and very confidently.
On January 24, the red-blacks for the second time as part of the current training camp faced Sokol from Saratov, which was facing relegation from the First League. This time the opponents were unable to identify the winner or even score goals. The friendly match between Tekstilshchik and Sokol ended with a score of 0:0, and one of the leaders of the red-and-blacks, Alexey Evseev, took the field in both halves, although the coaching staff shuffled the lineup a lot and gave everyone the opportunity to play. This fact indicates that Alexey retained his former form and skills.
