Alexander Smirnov has been appointed head coach of Tambov FC Spartak, the team’s press service reports. Smirnov began his coaching career at Dynamo Moscow in 2006 as an assistant to Andrei Kobelev, with whom he worked for more than three years.
It should be noted that Smirnov replaced Alexander Kudryashov as head coach, who will continue to work at the club as an assistant coach.
Let us remind you that the start of the second league in Division B is scheduled for early April. Currently, the “red-whites” are holding their next training camp, where they plan to hold a number of control sparring sessions.
