According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air raid alert has currently been declared in Kyiv, Kyiv and Chernihiv regions of the country

It is specified that the alarm sounded in the capital of Ukraine at 5:18 local time. After this, an air raid alert was announced in the Chernigov and Kyiv regions.
