Air defense systems hit an air target in the Rostov region

In the Rostov region, the air defense system was activated and an air target was hit, regional governor Vasily Golubev reported in his Telegram channel.
“At 11:25 the air defense system successfully worked. The air target is hit. There are no consequences on earth. Please remain calm,” wrote He.
Golubev reported several times in October about the work of air defense in the region. Air targets shot downin particular, on October 19 and 21, and on October 24, air defense installations were activated against targets in the special operation zone, outside the Rostov region.
On the night of September 7, two drones were shot down in Rostov-on-Don – outside the city in the western part of Rostov and in the center. As a result of the fall of one of them, one person was injured, and several cars and buildings were also damaged. A state of emergency was introduced in the city due to the incident.
Since October 19, 2022, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a medium level of response has been established in the Rostov region. The same regime operates in seven more regions – Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory, Kursk, Voronezh, Belgorod and Bryansk regions.
