Aikido Aikido Club in Pushchino celebrated its 19th anniversary

A festive training session dedicated to the 19th anniversary of the Aikido Aikido Club was held at the Oka Sports Palace in Pushchino.
To make the club’s birthday memorable for a long time, the coaches prepared interesting master classes for the students of the section.
The head of the Pushchino branch, Alexander Chapliy, who has the 4th dan of the Japanese category, warmed up the guys and the first part of the lesson.
Alexander Kholev (6th dan), president of the Aikido Aikido club, also taught an interesting lesson. He told the pupils how to properly leave the line of attack not only on the mat, but also in a street fight.
Thanks to master classes from the leaders, employees and guests of the Aikido Club, boys and girls learned about provocations from attackers, frightening or relaxing blows (atemi), combat cries (kiai), as well as attacks with weapons.
After training, all participants were invited to a picnic, which took place on the banks of the Oka.
