The Minchenko Consulting company pointed out the difficulties of predicting the context of the upcoming regional elections, since the presidential elections may be followed by new strategic decisions on both special operations and economic restructuring. Kommersant got acquainted with the “State Council 2.0” rating.
As experts explain, some governors may join the renewed federal government after the presidential elections, and future federal retirees may be sent to the regions, for example, to take the place of heads whose powers are coming to an end. Minchenko Consulting names among the candidates for “promotion” Sergei Sobyanin, Andrei Vorobyov, Stanislav Voskresensky, Alexander Drozdenko, Andrei Nikitin, Sergei Aksenov and a number of other representatives of regional authorities.
In the “State Council 2.0” rating, 14 regional heads immediately rose from “average” to “excellent”, and only one fell in the opposite direction.
