The investment company Anderida Financial Group (AFG) conducted a survey of 1.5 thousand Russians, the results of which indicate that the “dream salary” should be at the level of 181 thousand rubles. Analysts note that the named amount has become a record for all time. They see the reason for this in the rise in price of goods, the uncertainty of Russians in the future and in the absence of an airbag.
In the materials of the survey, which leads TASS, it is noted that with the desired 181 thousand rubles. the actual amount of income on average in Russia does not exceed 60 thousand rubles. Over the past year, the forecasts of Russians in relation to wages increased by 12 thousand rubles. (+7%). However, in previous years, the growth dynamics was at the level of 10%.
According to the agency, only 35% of Russians surveyed are satisfied with their income level. Another third of respondents believe that their salary is not enough for a comfortable standard of living. 65% do not have significant savings, which would be enough for more than three months.
Income expectations are higher for those who have changed their place of residence and moved to another country, analysts say. Among Russians living in other countries, the average ideal salary is 205 thousand rubles. Experts believe that this difference is due to the fact that the monthly expenses of Russians who have moved are on average 15-25% higher.
