32.8 million rubles were allocated for the development of the site, which will be built on Karpogorskaya Street. City deputies approved amendments to the budget, which provide for support for the federal project. This was reported by the press service of the Arkhangelsk administration.
A new sports and recreation center will be built on Karpogorskaya Street – between the Solovetsky Young Boys School and the Bora Bora center. In the hall with a field of 18×36 meters you can practice volleyball, basketball, and mini-football. It will be equipped with a Wi-Fi network and QR codes with the rules of sports games.
– It is important that the facility will appear in the Mayskaya Gorka district, which is developing due to large-scale residential development. According to the municipal order, children will be able to study for free. In free time from training, the hall will be available for adults, – said the head of Arkhangelsk Dmitry Morev.
Preparations for installation are provided at the expense of the regional and city budgets.
Let us remind you that the Arkhangelsk region was one of the six regions of Russia that received federal funds for the construction of “smart” sports grounds.
