Zelensky’s office believes she “betrayed her homeland”

The Ukrainian media recently had a new “anti-heroine” – actress Irina Mokhova. A native of Kuznetsovsk, who celebrated her 32nd birthday in Moscow the day before yesterday, according to the entourage of President Vladimir Zelensky, betrayed Ukraine. Her husband, 59-year-old TV producer Alexander Mokhov, also gets it for making efforts to evacuate his relatives to Russia.

Irina Mokhova for most Ukrainians is better known as the singer Nicole. The Russians know her by her roles in the films “The Last Janissary”, “The Female Doctor” and others. Irina Ogorodnik (this is her last name at birth) began to regularly travel to various foreign song contests from the age of 8. Inspired by the victories in these competitions, the girl easily entered the National University of Theater, Cinema and Cinematography in Kyiv. In her senior years, the student worked part-time on the 1 + 1 TV channel now owned by the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky: she dubbed foreign films in Ukrainian.

Having become a certified artist in 2012, Nicole took up the “conquest” of Ukrainian and Russian cinema. She starred in 14 serials, her partners in different years were Armen Dzhigarkhanyan, Emmanuil Vitorgan, Yuri Belyaev, Igor Petrenko and other famous Russian artists. Irina Ogorodnik met her future husband while working on the crime drama The Last Janissary. Alexander Mokhov not only starred in one of the main roles, but also acted as the director of that tape.

For Alexander Mokhov, the current marriage is the third in a row. The star of “Moscow Holidays”, “The Extraordinary Adventures of Soldier Ivan Chonkin”, “Burnt by the Sun-2”, “The Barber of Siberia” and other films, with each divorce, lost another apartment in the Mother See. After the second parting – with actress Daria Kalmykova – I had to shoot a “odnushka”, more like a “luggage office” (it contained the most necessary things for life …).

Irina, at that time, was busy starring in the leading Kiev theater, starred in films a lot, sang … Thanks to this, she bought two luxurious apartments in Kyiv. Having sold one of them, she invested the proceeds in the construction of a house near Moscow, the land for which Mokhov bought – “an adult man in a rented apartment,” as the actor called himself in a recent interview.

Now both spouses are trying to “pull” Irina’s parents and her sisters from Europe to the Moscow region, who have already changed four states since February 24. “I am a great patriot of Russia; my wife, who also became a Russian, is madly in love with our country, – Alexander Mokhov admits. “There is no split between us and Ira’s parents, we are smart people.”
